An original GOTR girl from our very first season in 2001, Alli’s journey started on the Mast Way team in Lee — and her very first 5K was alongside her mom as her 5K Buddy.

From building a lifelong love of running to learning powerful lessons about confidence and body image, her story is a beautiful reminder of why Girls on the Run has mattered for 25 years — and why it still does today.

We’re thrilled to congratulate Delaney Roache and Jessi Thompson-Weeks, recipients of this year’s $1,000 college scholarship awards!

Coach Giddy Gonzalez, or Rebekah, is a coach at Pleasant Street School! She likes helping girls persevere and seeing what funny energy awards they come up with on their own. Rebekah has stepped into an extra roll with us part of our Coach Advisory Committee! 

Enthusiastic Elaine—an 11-season coach at Atkinson Academy—is a valued member of our Coach Advisory Committee! She loves watching her team grow throughout the season and seeing their confidence bloom.

Mikita Barry was this year’s Gatorade Girls Cross Country - New Hampshire Player of the Year, which earned her the power to award a $1,000 grant from Gatorade to a social impact partner that helps the next generation of athletes reap the benefits of sport.

We're grateful to have been selected to receive this grant from Mitika and can't wait to watch her continued success!
