What's your favorite part about coaching?

I love watching the girls blossom throughout the season and seeing their pride at the end at the 5k!

How did you first get involved with GOTR?

I was invited to coach at a prior school, while my own daughter was joining a team at her school.

What's your favorite GOTR memory?

It's hard to narrow down to just one memory as each season brings on new amazing memories. My absolute favorite is from a practice 5k we had at one of the schools I coached at. One of the girls struggled towards the last part of finishing up and I got to witness as everyone that had finished decided to help motivate her and run with her and together, they help her meet her goal with a smile on her face. It was the sense of teamwork, kindness, empathy and so many lessons we had taught seen come to fruit in that moment.

What's your favorite energy award?

Arnold Schwarzenegger

What's your favorite GOTR lesson? Why?

Star Power Lesson-It teaches the girls a way to help activate their star power when they are going through different scenarios. I love watching the girls implement it.
