My favorite part of coaching GOTR is combining a few of my favorite things. I love being outside, exercising, and helping people discover their best selves! I enjoy seeing girls realize they can do hard things while being silly and having fun.

I heard about it through a co-worker and we started the program together at our school.

My favorite GOTR memory is being able to cross the finish line with my daughter and seeing how proud she was of herself for completing the program.

I enjoying being exercising, hiking, reading, and cooking with my children.

What's your favorite energy award?

My favorite energy award is peel the banana or any that involves dancing and being silly.

What's your favorite GOTR lesson? Why?

My favorite lesson is the lesson where we teach I feel statements. I have found that when we start this lesson the girls have never really experienced this type of communication before however as we work through it they really get into it and realize how empowering this communication can be.
